PATCH 2: balsa icons

quick instructions:

- save both patches
- cat balsa-aa balsa-ab >balsa-megaicons.patch.bz2
- get todays balsa-cvs
- bunzip balsa-megaicons.patch.bz2
- patch this stuff inside 'patch -p1 <balsa-megaicons.patch'
- compile and make as usually
- edit ~/.gnome/balsa

delete the whole toolbar section inside there because
the icons got rearranged from scratch with a new labeling
system. (absolutely important otherwise you may get no icons)
then go to the toolbar factory and make your changes as you
did before..

NOTE: i dont repost this patch, its done. it was a 1.5 days
hard work. it matches evolution icons, matches gnome 2.0
compliant apps and so on.. a lot of cleanups changes happened.
theres no way to make this patch even simplier. all i can
promise is that it only affects the icons. no code or whatever.

btw: please post comments about these icons to the list...
i want that everyone reads them. this enchances the possibility
to get them commited to the CVS...
