no this didnt solve issues... because gob cant create the headerfiles.
i needed to go manually into that directory and call

gob --no-private-header <filename>.gob

to manually create the headerfiles... besides mentioned just for curiosity
i am on 'automake 1.5', 'autoconf 2.50' .... no preversions or whatever.
it really was better as it used to be before..
