I guess this is the idea behind it... BTW, the same problem occurs with 
"Forward inline", whereas "Forward attached" works just fine.

Not sure about that... I guess at least all people in the US will not care 
about the charset as they simply use either us-ascii or latin1, a lot of 
other mailers will continue to use latin1, and so on.

Hmmm, maybe we should add a config option (check button) like "use default 
language for reply"? This would be fine in most cases, and *if* you really 
get a russian mail, you just change the language manually. Opinions?
