Filters commited to in CVS, branch BALSA_FILTERS

Hello,

To everybody interested: filter implementation as attached to report 
#63459 are now in CVS, in module balsa, branch BALSA_FILTERS.
You can check it out by

cvs checkout -r BALSA_FILTERS balsa
or by update
cvs update -r BALSA_FILTERS

The patch has been slightly altered to follow more closely balsa coding 
rules (most of the changes are related to libbalsa_namespace). There are 
still few quirks but I hope they will get resolved soon and this branch 
will get merged to the main trunk.
