[PATCH] make balsa Euro-ready

[Albrecht =?iso-8859-15?Q?Dre=DF?= <albrecht dress arcormail de>]

The attached patch for src/sendmsg-window.c changes the default font for 
sending messages for some of the Euro member contries from iso-8859-1 to 
iso-8859-15 (which contains a Euro symbol). The changed locales are ca_ES 
(correct?), de_DE, nl_NL, fr_FR, it_IT, pt_PT and es_ES. Note that you also 
need to change the message font (in preferences) to see the Euro symbol (like 
this: "¤").
