Bug when there is no selected message

Hi folks,

I discovered a bug in Balsa 1.2.[23] (or even earlier).

To reproduce it, do the following:

1.) Start balsa and open a mailbox
2.) Do a right click in this mailbox

n.b.: Until now you don't have selected a certain message in this mailbox!

Nevertheless you will get the right-click menu as usual (i.e. as if you 
had chosen a message), but ...

3.) as you haven't yet selected a message you can't do anything with the 
menu, no entry will/can work

Of course, you can solve this by enabling "Automatically view message when 
mailbox opened".

But nevertheless right-click menu should be disabled if there is no 
selected message as each of the right-click menu entries need at least one 
message.
