The patches:
* balsa-mblist-patch.gz as sent on 2001-05-05 23:47
* balsa-print-fix.gz    as sent on 2001-05-08 21:04
* balsa-url-patch.gz    as sent on 2001-05-08 21:18

has been commited to branches HEAD and libESMTP.

There seems to be actually one more bug with printing: I get a not quite
trivial crash when trying to preview the same message twice. (symptoms
point to stack or heap corruption).
