PO/Makefile.in

hello!

i discovered one problem with the last few balsa
packages and this behave was only detected with
balsa. no other application that i get sources for
behaves that way.

i detected that whenever the makefiles are getting
created, the po directory get something like this
Makefile.in

after reviewing the directory i noticed some files
named.

Makefile.in.in
Makefile.in

after reviewing the contents of the file i detected
that

Makefile.in.in should be Makefile.in

and

Makefile.in should be Makefile.

i detected this in balsa only.. may someone confirm
this behave ?

i use these packages for automated creation.

Automake v1.4-b4
Autoconf v2.50
Gettext v0.10.38

everything is installed correctly. i use to compile
other programs (language dependant etc.) and they
all behave correctly with installation and generation
of makefiles.

besides i want to let you know that balsa compiles
perfectly with GCC v3.0
