[IMAP] Weird behavior

I unfortunately have no details, but with last Balsa I noted two issues with
using IMAP to access an Exchange Server
- deleted mgs aren't really deleted; when I start Outlook they are still in
the folder
- Sent msg doesn't appear in the sent folder
