duplicate mailboxes with today's cvs?

Running today's cvs version, I noticed that all mailboxes in subfolders are
doubled. E.g. I have a folder "Lists" with a mailbox "Balsa" below that, and
now I see Balsa twice... All mailboxes are local ones, processed by procmail.

Anyone can confirm that?
