Well, having look at the mutt code I admit it should be possible. The
problem is that mutt make some not always valid assumptions, that need to
be adjusted at balsa level (for instance, the IMAP user name and password
are stored as global variables; to make it more funny, the 'password' is
stored in different variables depending on authentication method!) But to
make balsa remote-only client is definetely possible. Patches are welcome,
as always!
