building cvs current

two 'issues'
1) pspell. configure bombed on my pspell-devel less system. maybe a nonfatal
error or option ? maybe i'm jumping the gun ? :)
and
2) don't post make failures for RH pinstripe. pinstripe egcs messes up
building balsa (as it does most things - it's a beta people!). use kgcc
instead - CC=kgcc ./configure
