ugly flickering on mblist since balsa-1.0.pre2

Hi,

I found a glitch on balsa-1.0.pre2.
Try to open a mailbox, which includes hundreds messages
and select those hundreds messages by mouse pointer. 
If you run balsa on the remote host, you will find ugly flickering on 
the mblist with the unacceptable latency.
This glitch did not arise on balsa-1.0.pre1 and previous versions.

The function call 'balsa_window_enable_continue()' in
the 'enable_message_menus' function of 'src/balsa-window.c' has caused 
this glitch.
