bug in name of attachement?

a friend send me a mail with 2 files , when I save them, i saw the name:
=?iso-8859-1?Q?Enonc=E9s99.doc?= and =?iso-8859-1?Q?Enonc=E9s99.doc?= .
I ask him what's the real name and he send me this : Enonc_s98.doc
Enonc_s99.doc.
I ask him to send me once again the 2 file but on my second mail adress (i
use netscape with this one) and the 2 file where saved on the real name.
