aspell

I installed Balsa 1.0 hoping it would care of the problem I've been having
with spell check, but it didn't. It still says unable to load aspell
module. I've tried both aspell and ispell preference settings. I hope
someone
won't mind to tell me in extreme newby, rather detailed language how to
tell Balsa where those files are. (usr/share/aspell) I'm running RH 7.
