Printing issue

Using 1.0.0, when I print out an email, there is no margin space at the top
of the page and, hence, the From and To lines are cropped.  The side margins
are fine, and I haven't tried printing an email long enough to check the
bottom margin.

Is there a way to control the top margin in Balsa?  Other programs that use
the same magicfilter don't have this problem.
