Continue and send queued

Hi,

for me it seems like the continue function won't
work. Did anything go wrong ?

I am not using sendmail, but directly sending my
mails to a smtp server so I realized that when I send
a mail while being offline and afterwards take a look
into the  outbox,  it is empty. This happens even if
there were other message in the outbox before.
If I quit and restart balsa the queued message
are showed correctly in the outbox.

Somehow balsa doesn't correctly update the outbox
after sending a message.
