i18n typo

Hello,
don't know who implemented the new "Mailbox Unread Total" in
balsa-index.c
stuff, but I just wanted to precise, that the macro designed to make
strings
i18n compliant are _() and N_() ant NOT _ () or N_ ()

I already applied the patch against this.
