Several Patches

More news from the frozen north:

I've got two patches, one to implement a next unread message toolbar
button,
and the other to make the preferences dialog more GNOME-like, I changed it
to use GnomePropertyBox. I know Balsa used to have a tabbed preferences
dialog, and I'm not sure why that was changed... so this may be a totally
useless patch. However, I personally think it's a good idea to use the
built-in GNOME functions (it simplfied the code a great deal), and it makes
for a more consistant user interface across GNOME applications.

We also need a good icon for the Next Unread Message button, currently I'm
just using the same as the plain Next Message button.
