balsa > 0.6

The last public release seems to be very old (it was during the previous
century).
I can see in the mailing list that balsa is still alive but I'm afraid that It
is not clear for people whom look only on the balsa web site and whom don't use
cvs.
What about to release a balsa 0.7 ?
