Will there be document viewer capability

As subject:

Something of a similar capability to cc:Mail/Notes/... which can convert
foreign document types to something viewable by a balsa user?

Commercial things like INSO and KeyView filters exist, so I'm presuming
a OpenSource project would need to be spawned to handle this?
