Hm, I have not tested your patch but I do know that this should work by
another mechanism... but I'll apply it, generalized for the other mailbox
types as well.

As you may have noticed, I took a secret week-long vacation :-)... I forget to
notify anyone, and I feel stupid about this. But it's nice to see all this
work
happening, I think I'm getting the guts to integrate Balsa-Config into HEAD...
gonna be a lot of work as there will be many conflicts to resolve, but the
only
work to do is really making it compatible with Pawel's new IMAP directories...
