can't finish 'Configure Balsa' window

Hi,
  I've just built balsa 0.8.1 from the src rpm under Mandrake 7.1.
When run it prompts me for configuration information but the pane
after mailbox locations is blank with no 'finish' or 'next' buttons.
All I can do cancel or go back, my .balsarc never gets written so
I cannot avoid this dialog box.

Can someone please give me an example .balsarc file so I can get
a bit further? (I would appreciate being cc'd as I'm not on the
list).
