Another problem with 1.0.1

In v1.0.1 the stats in the left hand pane never get updated. I know this
has been a problem for a while, but I thought someone had submitted a patch
for it?

I've just implemented Procmail filtering, and the mailboxes dont get
highlighted or display how many new messages are in that folder till I
actually open it.
