And further to this, there seems to be a memory leak.  If I start
clicking on each of my mailboxes in turn, and repeat several times, the
resident memory usage goes up.  I'm up to about 24M now, according to gtop.

I'm using 0.9.1, but upgrading to 0.9.2 later today.
