releasing balsa 0.9.1

Hi guys,

Experimental balsa 0.9.1 is released. New features are: 
- API cleanup & initial gtkhtml support (Ian Campbell 
<ijc25@cam.ac.uk>)
- address book aliases (Berend De Schouwer  <bds@jhb.ucs.co.za>)
- initial quoted text highlighting (Berend De Schouwer 
<bds@jhb.ucs.co.za>)

and some more (IRIX compatibility, doc changes, bug fixes).

Balsa 0.9.2 is likely to appear within one week time since there are
some almost ready patches.
