Re: idl files.



I had the same problem and there is prooabaly a better solution but this worked.  Delete the balsa-0.4.9 dir that was created when you untared the balsa tar ball.  Then untar it again, cd to balsa-0.4.9 and type this: orbit-idl idl/balsa.idl
Now run ./configure, make and make install.  I think once you have compiled it, balsa wont re-compile unless you delete certain files.  Since I do not know what those are I deleted everything and started over.  Crude but effective.
