Normally the best guess would be www.balsa.net - but its a little bit out of date right now and the download section for the new pages (www.balsa.net/new) seems not completely done yet, so I would suggest to pick a daily snapshot from one of the cvs-snapshot servers (e.g. ftp://ftp.jimpick.com/pub/gnome/snap/).

Maybe someone could add this to the faq section....??
