Yep, I too have seen CVS of Balsa static, wrote a mail to one of the
authors, but got no reply, I guess busy is the word.

I'm writting a list of things missing from the CVS version, if I don't
see anyone working on any of them I will take a random draw and start
working. Hope to mail patches soon.

I'm having a little trouble with the code.... it's not much to my
liking.
