• GNOME.Asia Summit 2020 Update
  • The local team confirms the date of the virtual summit is 24-26 November 2020 (Tue-Thu)
  • The sponsorship brochure is passed to Caroline from Molly for further comments.

  • The infrastructure team suggests us to use asia gnome org instead of gnomeasia gnome org, it is agreed on the meeting.

  • Created issue #48 for molly to follow up the sponsorship request template sending to the local team.
• When will we meet next time?
  • 30 September 2020, Wednesday.

Action Items

• AI: the local team will join the GNOMEAsia project on GitLab by creating accounts first this week.

• AI: the local team will start the CFP tomorrow and expects to close in 3 weeks.
• AI: The local team will form the review team for CFP.
• AI: The local team will continue to plan the social events.
• AI: fenris will assign someone from the local team to coordinate it with Molly for sponsorship fulfillment.
