• When will we meet next time?

• GNOME.Asia Summit 2019 Update
  • Sponsorship: 1 secured, 2 close to secured, other still negotiate. Still trying to get more.
  • Call for proposal: 12 submitted so far, 9 from Indonesia, 1 India, 1 Germany, 1 China. 9 days to go. We targets for approx. 20 proposals.
    • extends CFP period to 20th August, announces the result on 25th August.
    • form a program committee for vetting by 25th August.
  • Pre-event activities: We held the first roadshow event last Friday, and planning to go for the second on 18 of August.
  • Website: The official domain is up. We are working on the content and the registration page.
    • gnome.asia redirect to 2018 summit and www.gnome.asia redirect to gnomeasia.github.io
• When will we meet next time?
  • 3 September Tuesday 14:00 UTC

Action items

• AI: kristiprogri will look for a keynote speaker for the summit.
• AI: princeofgiri draft an email and send to Asia committee to recruit the program committee members this week.

• AI: anachmad will email will lashell to change hostname gnome.asia to point to GitHub page gnomeasia.github.io.
