It would be great to be a community partner. But few queries.
1) What is expected from PLUG(members) in this regards.

PLUG members are welcome to join the summit, more than just participants, you can help to promote the event, volunteers to helping on the summit, build connections with GNOME community etc.

2) Why would you want to put Python Logo if PLUG is going to be a part
of the event. (Though at PLUG we are open to all FOSS stuff)

Display your logo on GNOME.Asia website, that's the benefit we offered to our community partner, to create branding awareness.
