Without question a well known developer like this could be an excellent
speaker. Simon as the lead for the Korea team, please coordinate with
the Summit Committee on reaching out to him.

He is the founder and leader of KLDP, Korea's biggst and oldest open
source community for users and developers since 1996.
Maybe, All of korean linux developer know or heard his name.
He has broad experiences on internaltional/domestic collaboration.
If committee want more specifi profile about him, I can request to him.
