Yes, slide should be written in english ^^
To encourage more local speakers, both English and Korean speakers are welcome. We had the same situation in 2008, 2009 and 2010 summit.
But for Speakers who talk Korean during the talk, the slides should be in English. This is helpful for foreign participants.
