I create a google map

and 

"go to CityU by bus if you miss the shuttle bus."

If you have Android phone, you may use "Mobile Atlas Creator" to create offline maps.

http://mobac.sourceforge.net/

And use "rmaps"  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.robert.maps 

to import your offline maps in your android phone.

Put the KML file to  /

sdcard

/

rmaps

/

import

And use rmps POI function to import POI 

You could use offline maps and GPS find these POI ( Bus stop / CityU / ... )
