Yes we can update it there but we have to collect the matter somewhere, so let this be the place for the while.
It would be nice for someone local to the venue to take some pictures or contact the venues PR people and get a press kit or something if they have it.
Artwork? From users? Not sure what this is for. We can always use new artwork.
Not users. We should have it designed. Will, are you willing to help with the designs? We can contact with the art-web team for assistance too.
Lightning talks. Are they not going to get put on the website or program? It would be nice to have a final list of these if we can get it before hand.
