Do we need to make any modifications to the deadlines for call for paper? It currently is: 

April 20th, 2012

Is 4 days Ok? It can be ok since most people will be having papers ready for GUADEC and we can't afford to waste more time.

On 19th I will be giving out call for sponsors along with paper deadline reminder. How's that?

Would you mind to add the following on the submission form too ? :)

1. date & time of form submission.
2. a view of reading form submission in a single list, or export to CSV ?
