If the audience of the training session are mostly students, then it will be meaningful to have a certificate. 

It is easy to design and print the certificate.

+1 for this good idea.

Thanks for starting the FAQ, It looks great :)

I have made some minor changes and put it up in a wiki page, http://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2011Summit/FAQ
Let's finalize it by tomorrow and I will put the FAQ up in our gnome.asia site.

Besides, I have one suggestion:
In order to attract more people to attend the GNOME training, should we consider to give certificates for participants? we can print them by ourselves :)
we can also give certificates to volunteers whoever help in organization as well. We did that in 2009.
What do you think?
