Dear Bharath, Lakhil and Srinivasa,
Since we have 26 parties in India, we are considering to either produce
locally or have one person helping to dispatch a package (delivered from
China) and sending out to the organisers locally. But we are not sure about
the tax of receiving e.g. 100 t-shirts and a few hundreds stickers /
balloons / button badges [valued around $500 in total] whether it's cost
efficient or not. Do you know anybody who can help to check or handle this?
thanks!
Making them locally would be a lot cheaper than anything else. I did
t-shirts& stickers for GNOME day in Foss.in during 2009. It was very
cheap and good quality. May be Bharath/Akhil can add more insights to
it.

hi!
From the conference costing the price seemed quite high (~$5) to
produce locally. If someone can take the lead and find competitive
pricing we're all for this.
Any taker?
Fred
