Pockeylam suggest new project "GUG kit"
--gnome.asia team should work on the documentation of User Groups
--To create a GUG kit for any GUG to use
--To make presetations / slides , and localize them

Fred suggested to build up some documentation for volunteer team to
work on their tasks
--Suggest to have different teams for volunteer - each team
responsible for different tasks, one lead for each group
--1) registration 2) photography and upload pictures 3) give
directions to audiences 4) MCs 5） Technical set up (e.g. projects +
laptops) 6) Promotion of the event 7) translation if necessary 8)
reporting and statistic 9) expense report (cashier) 10) others

--moving all the 2008,9,10 websites to the new VPS - Fred
--GNOME store in India - Pockey
