I will work with COSCUP team to review all the talks and send out confirmation to speakers next week.

2. Travel assistance

The travel committee mail list received only below request :

Behnam Esfahbod (He haven't send out the estimated travel costs, waiting for the visa)

So far, there are $2800 request for the travel assistance. Just half our travel budget.

I would like to suggest to do following things:
1. Postponed the deadline to two weeks later (Many potencial speakers are working on visa or waiting for the confirmation of talk, they haven't submit their travel subsidy form untill get confirmed. )

2. Thinking about providing lodging for speakers. I will contact COSCUP team to see how much cost of the lodging for three nights.

3. After two weeks, if we still have more than $1000 haven't used, we can think about invite one speaker, for example, someone who can talk about Mobile, since mobile is the key theme for this conference. Pockey suggest Dave neary, how do everyone think about ?

I am going to go ahead with step 1 and 2, let's discuss 3 in the list ?

BTW, RMS said $400 is not enough to cover his flight, I haven't see his travel application so far.
