meeting, and an update of what the team is working on currently.

- Discussion about the meeting with the Advisory Board.

- The GNOME.Asia 2009 website is now up and running:
  http://2009.gnome.asia/
  http://live.gnome.org/GnomeAsia/2009

  However, the site is lacking content.  The plan is to add the needed
  content over the next weeks.  Emily agreed to help with this over the next
  week.

- Need to review the graphics from last year and decide if GNOME.Asia will
  use one of the alternative logos or the same logo this year.  Emily agreed
  to send the images from last year's contest to the mailing list for review.

- Need to start a discussion on the mailing list to determine what the 
  theme/tagline for this year's event will be.  Emily agreed to do this.

- Many people working on the project team are busy with the Software Freedom
  Day, but they anticipate that things will move quickly once that is over.

- Need to finish the Call For Participation and send it out.  Work is in
  progress.  PockyLam agreed to finish this and send it out.  Current document

- Need to update last year's sponsor brochure and send it out.  Mario agreed
  to do this task.

Completed Actions:

All      - Work out a List of potential sponsors
Emily    - Add local members into our mail list : kevin miller saigonlinux com,
           anthony saigonlinux com and dhppat gmail com (Anyone I missed ? )

New Actions:

Emily    - Update content to new website.
Emily    - Work to choose theme.  For example, sending out the images from
           last year's logo contest to the mailing list for review.
Emily    - Start email discussion to decide on theme/tagline.
Emily    - Send out a reminder to review the Call for Participants.
PockyLam - Once Emily finishes the Call for Participants document, Pocky will
           make sure it gets sent send out to the various LUGS in Asia.
MarioB   - Taking lead on finishing the sponsor's brochure.

Old actions:

Mario    - Pictures, capacity, layout, equipments information about the
           candidate venues.
           Info and pics were included in presentation, need to put online.
           Info about venue will follow after confirmation of sponsors.
Will, Mario, Emily, Local team - Website development : announcement, logo,
           venue info, general content, visa information, both English and
           Vietnamese.
           Visa information is on the wiki, logo done, general content will
           follow on the website.
Mario -    Invite speaker from Academy of Science in Vietnam
           In progress - will do after website is up.
Mario, Will - Work on sponsorship package
           In progress
Mario    - Budget estimation and send to team
           Ongoing.
