IBM Vietnam sponsorship question about banner

Dear all,

I am in touch with IBM Vietnam. They are interested in becoming a
sponsor. We seem to be in the final talks for bronze sponsorship .
They just sent me a flash banner that they would like us to put on the
start page of GNOME.Asia. Personally I think it is a bit too big. What
do you think? How should we proceed?
