the schedule looks good! thanks a lot!

if we have enough lucky draw gifts, how about we host one more lucky
draw at the end of the 1st day event to give more incentive for (some)
participants to stay until the end :) of course our speakers should
attract them to stay, but it's always nice to have more reasons ;) see
we have enough gifts. 

second, I see a few free time for presentations on the 1st day :) I
remember Fred has a good topic for 1 presentation, he will submit it to
you for approval soon!
