Sorry for the delay. If you have created a Anjuta project with the 
autotools backend (the default one), you can add such flags by selecting 
the program in the project view, then click on Project->Properties and 
add this in the linker flags entry box. If you don't already have some 
flags, you will have to click on More option first.
