Yes: I just installed gtk3, anjuta 3.6.1, etc:

It seems (many of) the preferences in Anjuta are not saved (or loaded?).
E.g., if I choose Scintilla, and check 'Remember', Scintilla does start,
but next session, the selection box appears again.

Then, I can confirm problems  with the editor configuration:
if I'm not confused, Scintilla likes its config from a series of files, but
if some are configurable from Anjuta, they should at least be persistent,
shouldn't they? (font, tab size, and others just reset on restarting)

Similar with the selection of gdb: each session the selection reappears,
even though told to 'remember'.
