correct, and so the right click is a good choice.
But I think there should be some other way to get to it. Putting it in
manual is good, but even better if the function could be reach via the
menu somehow.

The issue is that these flags are specific to each target while
project properties are for all targets. But I could have added this in
the tutorial.
