Yeah, I just think so. I've done some searching on my local machine:

jakov jakov:~$ whereis libanjuta
libanjuta: /usr/lib/libanjuta.so /usr/lib64/libanjuta.so
/usr/local/lib/libanjuta.so /usr/local/lib/libanjuta.la
jakov jakov:~$ locate anjuta-debug.h
/data/share/anjuta-2.25.902/libanjuta/anjuta-debug.h  --> this is my
source code folder
/data/share/anjuta-2.25.902/manuals/reference/libanjuta/html/libanjuta-anjuta-debug.html
/usr/local/include/libanjuta-1.0/libanjuta/anjuta-debug.h
/usr/local/share/gtk-doc/html/libanjuta/libanjuta-anjuta-debug.html
/usr/share/gtk-doc/html/libanjuta/libanjuta-anjuta-debug.html

I'm going to reinstall Anjuta v2.24. I forgot to do that as stated in
your manual.
