Do you use the .deb packages or did you build from source? In the latter
case you have to watch the output of ./configure which tells you which
plugins are build at the end.

For the svn plugin you need libapr and libsvn (and the appropriate devel
files). Seems also like some recent change in svn broke the configure
script. This is fixed in trunk.

For the packages, it depends on which plugins are included.
