[Anjuta-list] changing target name

Hi,

Is there currently a systematic way to change the name of the
binary target? Say, my src/main.c produces foo.  Now I want it
to produces bar instead. Should I edit the Makefile.am's or is
there some funcionality in the IDE meant for this kind of
management procedure?
